Oddly Gifted operates oddlygifted.shop. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and your choices. - Order information: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and the items you buy.
- Payment information: processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
- Communications: what you send us by email or through our contact form.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser, pages viewed and similar data collected through cookies when you visit the store.
Why we use it
- To process, ship and track your order, and to handle returns and refunds.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To send marketing emails, only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe anytime with the link in any email.
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
- To understand how the store is used and improve it.
Who we share it with We share only what's needed with the service providers that help us run the store: Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment processors, our fulfillment partners and suppliers (to ship your order), shipping carriers, and analytics and advertising tools such as Meta and TikTok. Some of these providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States and China. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and measure store performance and ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings and the cookie banner on our store.
How long we keep it We keep order information as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns and meet our legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent to marketing, or ask how your information is used. Email support@oddlygifted.shop and we'll respond within 30 days.
