Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of oddlygifted.shop (the "Store"), operated by Oddly Gifted. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. The Store The Store is hosted on Shopify. You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state or country to place an order, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
2. Products and descriptions We do our best to describe and display products accurately. Colors, sizes and details may vary slightly from photos, and some images are illustrations of how the product can be used. If a product isn't as described, see our Refund Policy.
3. Prices and payment All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before you order. Any taxes are calculated at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or if a product becomes unavailable; if you've already paid, we'll refund you in full.
4. Promotions Offers such as "Buy 2, save 15%" apply automatically at checkout and can be changed or ended at any time. Offers can't be combined unless stated.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.
6. Use of the Store You agree not to misuse the Store, including by attempting fraudulent orders, interfering with its operation, or copying its content for commercial use without permission.
7. Intellectual property All content on the Store, including text, logos, graphics and images, belongs to Oddly Gifted or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
8. Product use Novelty products are for adult and supervised use. Follow any care and safety instructions included with the product. Keep small parts away from young children.
9. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, Oddly Gifted is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
10. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights in your place of residence.
11. Changes We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
